Satisfied or Refund

Returns
· Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
· Eligibility Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- It must also be accompanied by the proof of purchase or receipt.
- Personalized items cannot be returned (see Exceptions section).
· Return Process

- Return Instructions: After approving your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective product or wrong order).
- Receipt Confirmation: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you of the approval of your refund. Returns that meet our conditions are generally accepted, and we strive to process your refund promptly.
Refunds
· Processing Time
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
· Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs (if applicable).

Exchanges
At Your eShop, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

You may exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
· Exchange Process

· Shipping Costs
If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, return and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
· Availability
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement product is not available, we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
Exceptions
· Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
· Item Condition
Returned items must not be opened or used. Any attempt to return items that do not meet this condition will be refused.
Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Returns
Your eShop cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
