1. What are the timeframes for returning an item?
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

2. What are the conditions for returning an item?
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • It must be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.
  • Sale items, personalized or custom-made products, and gift cards are not eligible for return (see the Exceptions section for more details).

3. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@yeuroshop.com. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

4. How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your return request within 3 to 5 business days. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

5. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@yeuroshop.com with your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process.

7. What happens if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product of equivalent value or a full refund.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@yeuroshop.com with photos of the product and your order number. We will send you a replacement product or offer you a full refund, including shipping costs.

9. Which items cannot be returned?
The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Sale items (unless defective or incorrect due to our error).

10. Are the initial shipping costs refundable?
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

11. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days after your return is approved. If you do not receive your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at contact@yeuroshop.com.

12. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once the order is placed, it usually cannot be canceled or modified as we begin processing the order immediately. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@yeuroshop.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

14. What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please check the delivery status with the tracking number provided. If the package appears to be lost or delayed, contact us at contact@yeuroshop.com, and we will investigate the situation.
